Once you have placed your order for your "Ear Design" you will contact us by email shopmendozajewry@gmail.com or through our instagram @shopmendozajewelry sending a photo of your ears (please, send us a few photos in good lighting and good quality. If possible, without any earrings so we can get a clear view of your ears).
We will study your ears (shape, anatomy and earrings that you have made) and together with your preferences we will create your new combination of Mendoza earrings for you. Once you have created your new combination, you can now place your order on the website and redeem your $50 gift card for your new earrings.
